Asbestos Removal
Mold and Bacteria Clean-up
The owner of this property after 10 years of living in the house decides to attach cabinets and shelves in his garage. Not taking in to consideration that a bathroom is on the opposite side and one directly above on the second floor.
Six months after attaching the cabinets and shelves mold starts to form. An environmental containment is built, the molded and wetted building materials are removed, and the entire contaminated area is HEPA vacuumed.
The sanitary sewer line is repaired after an inspection by our Certified Industrial Hygienist. It is determined that a screw from the shelving has pierced the sanitary sewer line, and the area is then sealed with a microbial inhibitor.
The garage is then dry walled and this project is then considered complete. All problems associated with the mold and bacteria have been addressed.
